Here at Min Sushi in Stony Point, NY, we're all about creating dishes that you'll want to come back for! Our Chef and General Manager, Christopher Kim, has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years.

Throughout his decades of experience, he's learned techniques and flavor combinations that add a special touch to his menu items. Usually take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! We’ve ordered the P8 several times, great every time.

Min Sushi is the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything is freshly made and flavorful and the rolls are well combined. It used to take a bit longer to order but with the addition of the new chef there has been a faster service. The owner is really kind and the staff are friendly. Definitely check out Min Sushi in Stony point. They’ve got you!

I began my meal with the Salmon Set, which included one salmon roll and five pieces of salmon nigiri. The nigiri featured thick slices of salmon that were both rich and tender, melting in my mouth with each bite.
